Driving whilst unlicenced, cancelled, suspended or disqualified
Driving whilst without a licence, or whilst your licence is cancelled, suspended or disqualified is a serious offence for which there are significant penalties and there are often further periods of disqualification from driving.
For first time offences if an explanation can be provided for driving the Court may not impose a conviction.
